Our story

Experienced buyers, focused on Arizona.

Behind Lexbury Liberty are the same people, the same assessment method, the same expertise and the same capital that have been buying and holding private businesses for two decades.

We're run out of Phoenix, and when you call you reach the person who will actually be buying your business. We buy to hold. We're not a fund with a clock on it, so there's no five-year window forcing a sale to the next owner, and no plan to strip a business for parts.

The Lexbury name comes from the founder's daughters' names, a reminder that every deal involves real people with real lives.
