You built a business people are required to call.

Fire protection, alarm and suppression companies aren't a nice-to-have for their customers. We understand what that's worth. If you own one in Arizona and you're ready to step away, we'll buy it directly, keep your technicians, and close in under six months.

Private · No obligation · No one calls unless you ask.
What we buy

Fire & safety businesses we're looking for.

Established Arizona companies with $2M+ in revenue and a team in the field. Service, inspection and monitoring are the core; installation alongside them is fine.

What drives value

What we pay for, and what holds a price back.

We'd rather tell you up front than surprise you at the offer. Here's how we look at a fire & safety business.

Adds value

Recurring inspection workCode-required inspections that come back every year are the most valuable revenue you have.
Service over new constructionA book of existing buildings to maintain is steadier than chasing the next build.
Certified technicians who stayAn experienced, certified crew is hard to find and slow to train. It's much of what we're buying.
A wide customer baseMany buildings and property managers, rather than one or two big accounts.

Can hold it back

Key certifications in your name onlyIf the business can't legally do the work without you, we plan that handover first.
Heavy reliance on new buildsConstruction work is lumpy, and it goes quiet when the market does.
Handshake customer agreementsRelationships that live in your head rather than in writing are harder to transfer.
A crew close to retirementSenior technicians who plan to leave soon mean hiring before, not after.

None of these is a deal-breaker. Most owners have at least one. We'll tell you which apply to your business, and what they mean for the price, before you commit to anything.

How does your revenue split?

Move the slider to roughly match your business: service, inspection and monitoring on one side, new-construction installs on the other. It's a rough guide, not a valuation. Nothing is saved or sent.

Fire & safety owners ask

The questions specific to your business.

Will my technicians stay?

That's our plan. We keep teams intact, and your crew is a large part of what we're buying. When the deal closes, we usually announce it together at a company meeting, so they hear it from you first.

What about certifications in my name?

We plan for it from the first conversation, so coverage continues through the handover. If it means you stay on for a transition, we'll agree that with you up front.

Will you keep my company name?

Yes. Your customers know the name on the trucks and the inspection tags, and it's part of what we're buying. We keep it, along with your crew and your inspection schedule, so from the customer's side nothing changes.

Will my key stakeholders find out?

Not until you're ready. The visit is arranged so we look like a client, supplier or advisor, and your financials stay under NDA. Where a key supplier or major customer is essential to the business, we may need to speak with them before closing to make sure the relationship carries over. That happens late, only with your agreement, and usually with you in the room. Everyone else hears when you decide.

Same six steps. Under six months.

One conversation, a discreet visit, a confidential review, a fair offer, the paperwork, and closing.
